Due to the nature of digital services, completed and successfully delivered orders are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
Order was not delivered
Order failed due to a technical issue
Duplicate payment was made
Service became unavailable after payment and could not be completed
Approved refunds will be returned to the customer's account balance or original payment method, depending on the situation.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Successfully completed orders
Orders already in processing
Customer mistakes (incorrect link, wrong order details, wrong service selection)
Delays caused by third-party platform changes
Service result changes caused by external platform policies
If an order is partially completed and cannot be fully delivered, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion.
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first may result in account suspension or restriction.
