1. General Policy

At SMMAuto (https://smmauto.com), we provide digital services delivered through our automated platform.

Due to the nature of digital services, completed and successfully delivered orders are generally non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Order was not delivered

  • Order failed due to a technical issue

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Service became unavailable after payment and could not be completed

Approved refunds will be returned to the customer's account balance or original payment method, depending on the situation.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Successfully completed orders

  • Orders already in processing

  • Customer mistakes (incorrect link, wrong order details, wrong service selection)

  • Delays caused by third-party platform changes

  • Service result changes caused by external platform policies

4. Partial Refunds

If an order is partially completed and cannot be fully delivered, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion.

5. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting our support team first may result in account suspension or restriction.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, customers must contact our support team with:

  • Order ID

  • Payment details

  • Description of the issue

Each request will be reviewed individually.
